Executive Assistant
Job Description Description: A leading retail client is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative support services, ranging from complex to routine, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the office team and leaders. Day to Day tasks will include all routine scheduling for day-to-day meetings and domestic and international travel, management of leadership and team meetings, ability to work alongside the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career in the luxury retail space! Day-to- Day Responsibilities:  Full calendar management for the Chief Executive officer. Calendar management will include all internal and external meetings as well as domestic and international travel, which may involve frequent adjustments and updates throughout the day, scheduling and confirming internal and external meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts that may arise.  Prepare a daily folder that contains relevant and pertinent meeting materials as identified.  Preparing nightly briefs including all necessary material for the following days meetings.  Managing weekly leadership meetings and preparing all materials and prep is complete by weekly speakers.  Managing meeting minutes and follow-ups  Schedule and organize all aspects of meetings (booking conference room space, ordering and setting up catering as needed). Follow up on action items from internal and external meetings.  Timely submission and tracking of expense reports.  Maintain comprehensive records on budget expenditures for the cost center.
