The Executive Assistant will handle administrative tasks for the engineering department. You will be the key point of contact facilitating interactions between internal teams and external suppliers. A great career opportunity awaits you!
Job Benefits: Permanent position Competitive 75k à 85k Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Comprehensive benefits package Dynamic and collaborative work environment Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant: Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including meeting planning, calendar management, and travel arrangements. Organize, classify, and maintain up-to-date documentation for engineering projects. Assist in project tracking by maintaining schedules, deliverables, and status updates. Support procurement processes for materials and equipment needed for engineering projects, track inventory, and assist with orders and deliveries. Contribute to preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates for management and clients. Ensure all engineering processes comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and current regulations. Perform other related tasks as needed. Qualifications for the Executive Assistant Position: 2 years of administrative experience High school diploma (DES) or college diploma (DEC) in administration or engineering Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Project, Trello Fully bilingual (French – English) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to handle confidential information
