Executive Assistant
Description Role Overview: As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to our executive leadership team, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with company leaders to provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate projects, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: + Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives (Source: Robert Half U.S. Demand for Skilled Talent). + Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications, prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. + Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefing documents. + Organize on-site and off-site meetings, including logistics planning and vendor coordination. + Conduct research, compile data, and present findings to support executive decision-making. + Maintain confidential business documents and ensure the efficient handling of sensitive information. + Assist with managing special projects across departments, ensuring goals and deadlines are met. + Other administrative responsibilities as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar, senior-level administrative role. + Comprehensive knowledge of office management systems, tools, and procedures (Microsoft Suite proficiency required). + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. + Discretion and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters. + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
