Our client, a nonprofit organization focused on family-substance abuse, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm and they are five days in the office,

Responsibilities:

Manage daily schedules for CEO and COOAssist with onboarding new staff, including background checks, fingerprinting, and account setupMaintain up-to-date employee records and compliance certificationsTrack and manage company laptop inventory; ensure devices are returned and cleaned properlySupport preparation for board meetings and events (invitations, catering, room setup)Provide front desk coverage as neededHandle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailDegree not required, but highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
