This individual will be responsible to support two C&W Services Executive Committee members: the President of Client Services (Geographies) and SVP of Commercial Operations & Business Development.
This individual will require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Additionally, this individual should be an agile and creative problem solver, as no two days will be the same.
This unique role will require someone with the ability to work in highly sensitive executive environments and demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, and ability to resolve complex situations efficiently.Job Description

Responsibilities:
Arrange internal meetings, external engagements, conference calls, and conference rooms in collaboration with other executive administration supportInbox management and handling of correspondenceMaintenance of accurate filing systems including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePointCoordination and prioritization of a heavy meeting schedule (~80-100 meetings and requests per month)Arranging domestic and international travel plans & itinerariesMaintain a high level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the President’s/SVP’s office to effectively respond to inquiries and exercise sound judgement on the manner of responseDraft and send corporate communications on behalf of executives & their teamsOwnership to follow through on actions Process and manage Workday Approvals Process monthly expenses, approvals, and invoices; obtain receipts, if necessaryScreen telephone calls and provide appropriate responses in the absence of the executivesHeavy coordination on the planning and prioritization of actions for the President and SVP, in collaboration with other team members, to allow focus on big ticket itemsCreation/editing of presentation materials including decks, speaker notes and agendas; take minutes for meetingsManage technology matters on behalf of executiveGeneral ad hoc duties as required
