Our client, an established Venture Capital firm seeks to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant for its Midtown Manhattan offices. The assignment covers a maternity leave slated for 6 months and will start in mid April 2025. This position will support two Investors and their team with all administrative tasks including phone coverage, calendar management in Outlook, scheduling meetings and conference calls, arranging travel, preparing call notes and research, processing expenses using Concur, assisting with general document creation, light personal work and other ad-hoc projects as they arise. This role prefers a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities at one, flexible mentality, strong attention to details and exceptional communication skills. Microsoft Office skills are essential; GSuite experience is a plus. Monday - Friday in office, 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility for OT as it arises.

Pay $30 - $45/hour depending on experience.
