As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the Licensed Stores and Starbucks Reserve & Roastery business by managing executive workflow and priorities to support the Starbucks Mission and Values. In this role you will be highly focused on building a strong partnership with the Senior Vice President, Licensed Stores and Starbucks Reserve & Roastery, by demonstrating confidentiality and implementing cascades of sensitive information. This role understands the rhythm of business to anticipate the leader’s needs and leverages process management skills to prioritize according to business needs and priorities. A successful Executive Assistant adapts quickly to changes and implements proactive approaches to time management to ensure the Senior Vice President is focused on driving business deliverables and strategic initiatives. In the role of Executive Assistant you will act as a trusted point of contact and confidently manage communications on behalf of the svp and Licensed Stores and Starbucks Reserve and Roastery while collaborating with the Admin Team on shared goals to further support the business units. A successful Executive Assistant anticipates roadblocks and identifies creative solutions to achieve goals by displaying courage, empathy, humility and not being afraid to lean into a challenge. This role requires a leader to be based in metro-Seattle and able to be at the Starbucks Support Center a minimum of three days per week.
As a Executive Assistant, you will…
• Support senior executives’ success by building a strong partnership and acting as a trusted point of contact for the executive and their leadership team.
• Adapt quickly to change and leverage business acumen and project management skills to support executive executive/team deliverables and priorities.
• Collaborate with Licensed Stores and Starbucks Reserve & Roastery Admin team on shared goals to support the business unit’s success.

o Progressive administrative experience or Starbucks store manager experience (7+ years)
o Experience managing calendars and email on MS Outlook (7+ years)
o Project or event management (7+ years)
o Fast paced environment (7+ years)
o Domestic and international travel arrangements (7+ years)
• Education
o High school diploma/GED or 4 or more years of US military service

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
