As an Executive Assistant supporting the Director of Global FinOps Services, PMO/ACES, as well as providing secondary support for other Directors, you will be a strategic partner, problem-solver, and catalyst for efficiency in one of the world's most dynamic companies. PMO (Program Management Office) is focused on delivering finance operations capabilities globally, while ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) aims to drive customer experience improvements, operational efficiency, revenue protection, and an operational excellence culture.

Key job responsibilities
· Management of complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
· Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
· Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel
· Management of team work space, including moves and reconfiguration
· Track and help drive completion of key actions and follow-up on pending items (including meeting notes and actions items)
· Manage expense report coordination and submission
· Organize, execute and assist with team activities, including townhalls and social events
· Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the global organization
· Have fun at work and help others do the same
· Act as a liaison for direct reports, facilitating communication between leadership and team members
· Mentor rising talent
