Position Description
The candidate would provide analytical and specialized administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited, general office management including travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling, calendaring, administrative support, office supplies procurement support, and organizing and scheduling numerous team events.
Ability to adapt seamlessly and proactively within a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
Work cross functionally with other executives and executive administrators.
Organize and schedule meetings.
Position Requirements
5+ years’ experience supporting executive-level (VP & above).
Must have a solid work experience and be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be comfortable with various systems such as COUPA or procurement systems.
Ability to multi-task effectively is critical, as is supporting multiple people concurrently.
Ability to work efficiently with little supervision is essential.
Positive attitude, mature, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure, desire to be helpful is also required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
