Executive Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team by managing travel schedules and coordinating corporate meetings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to dynamic requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination: Efficiently schedule and organize travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and logistical support.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the executive team, such as document preparation, filing, and office management tasks.
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and resolving any scheduling conflicts promptly.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
