Responsibilities\nTo ensure delivery of key SLA’s with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the DSC demands\nReviews monthly operational performance with customers and provide solutions to drive operational excellence\nBuild a strong win-win relationship with customers, so as to ensure customer retention and development of solutions to grow existing businesses\nFrequently review, align and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management, Operating procedures, and P&L status\nManage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer’s SLA\nContinually review and improve business processes, to improve productivity and add value to DHL services\nManage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity\nDevelop a high performance service culture within the functional team. Plan, organize, and direct in an efficient and effective manner\nRequirements\nDegree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred\nMin 3 years of experience in managing an operational functional team\nExperience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous\nMust be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of 20 - 30, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer\nHave excellent verbal, written and presentation skills\n\n
