Administration of Course Fees, Penalty fees and submission of IBF FundingCreation of courses, assessments and eLearning modules in our Learning Management SystemCreation of SCORM Training MaterialsAdministration of Learning Management System on attendance taking and appeals handlingProvision of customer ServicePerforming UAT on system enhancement if requiredAdministration on Training points (Rewards System) reimbursementAdministration of our dept Generic MailboxHandling of Training room booking requestRequired Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or some experience in Training Administration would be preferredknowledge of SCORM creation, video editing and performance of UAT experienceGood to have some working experience in insurance industryWhen you join our team:
