This role is responsible for supporting various Excellence activities. The role will require good project coordination and close collaboration with leaders and colleagues across different functions and offices.
The Role
• Lead / Support various Excellence and ISO 9001 activities in collaboration with leaders and colleagues from other functions / offices
• Develop / maintain project plan, schedule meetings, provide agendas, take meeting notes and make them available
• Provide effective communication with stakeholders (verbal, written, face-to-face) to ensure high level of stakeholder satisfaction
• Monitor and report progress (scope, schedule, etc.)
The Requirements
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field)
• Strong organizational abilities (project coordination and project management skills) with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when things are going off track
• Experience in coordinating several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of communication tools and platforms
• Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and has experience liaising with people at all levels
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels, across different cultures and locations
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a “can do” approach and ability to overcome obstacles
• Open to flexible working hours depending upon project requirement
