Excavator Operator – AJ Perri

Pay: $35-$40.00 per hour
Full-time, year-round work

 Job Duties:

 

Operate backhoe or shovel to dig for sewer, water, and gas line repair/installBreak concrete for excavationAssist technician during repairsBackfill and restore serviced areas (grade, seed, clean)Remove old lines for new system installsCheck flow/function of lines before closing siteObtain customer approval when requiredTransport materials/tools and account for equipmentMaintain/fuel vehicle and stock truck

Qualifications CDL-A - A MUSTPrior experience operationg a mini-excavator or backhoe - A MUSTPrior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus!High School diploma or GED equivalent.Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills requiredThe ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision required.
