The Environmental Services Lead Attendant is responsible for the successful operation of the EVS shift by working closely with the EVS Supervisor as needed. This role requires the Lead to work with and as an EVS attendant, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness of all casino, administrative offices, and public areas are met.

 

Compensation: $16.00/hr 

Shifts available from 7a-3p and 3p-11p

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Assist the EVS Supervisors with maintaining standards of cleanliness and serviceServe as the primary point of contact for team members on that shift as neededReview feedback from daily inspections with EVS LeadershipManaging supplies and cleanliness of Storage locations, including inventoryGetting supplies ready for the upcoming shiftMaintaining inspecting equipment Ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task.Conduct inspections on all gaming and non-gaming EVS areas daily.Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential and proprietary information.Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self and subordinates.Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings.Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

Must-Haves:

Education:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentA 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Experience: Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a high-volume facility to include but not limited to retail, casino, hospital, hotel, or public facility in janitorial or executive housekeeping. Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to ascend and descend stairs several times a dayAbility to sit and stand for extended periods of time.Use of stairs and elevators What We Offer
