We are looking for a new software test engineer intern colleague who will join our Simatic Machine Monitor project in Szeged for his/her 320 hour long compulsory university internship.

About the project: Simatic Machine Monitor is a cloud (Siemens Insights Hub) and edge computing (Siemens Industrial Edge) based application, developed for industrial usage. It monitors the machines' operational status and helps to optimize the maintenance plans to reduce downtime and costs.

 

Main Tasks:

Test automation: implementing automated test cases based on existing TC design

Maintaining and updating the existing automated test set

 

Requirements:

Ongoing specialized higher education (IT or electrical engineering)

Programming experience in any script language (Javascript / Typescript preferred)

Windows knowledge

Open for new technologies

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills in English
