An Events Relations Manager is responsible for managing all Conference and Events floor operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimising sales and ensuring department targets are met. Please note that you may be required to work early mornings from 7am depending on your shift pattern. You will also need to be willing to work evenings where necessary. 

\n

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\nOptimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action\nEnsure staffing levels cover business demands\nEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated\nRecruit, manage, train and develop the Front Office team\n

\n\nRecord of success in Conference and Beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty\nExceptional leadership skills to create a winning team\n\n

Conference and Events Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel/Events Centre or similar\nPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service\n\n
