Senior management and key business stakeholders / directors require timely, accurate and relevant access to its’ key client base and competitors at numerous events and conferences – both internal and externalProvide advice and support to senior management and the business on the most efficient and cost-effective way to achieve maximum meeting/ presentation opportunities with clientsAct as central/liaison point between business areas, external clients and organisations regarding our involvement and participation at proprietary and third-party eventsEnsure constant adherence and maintenance to pre-agreed budgets, cost measures and record keepingEnsure all events as led are run in professional manner, ensuring such events are seen as high-quality events and do not result in serious reputational damage to the bank Ensure all deliverable across regions are carrying the same standard disregarding physical locationCustomers / Stakeholders
Ensure all events as run to the highest standards.
