Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Events Coordinator in NYC. The hours are 8:30am - 6pm (flexibility required) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Support the planning, logistics, and execution of firmwide programs, including events and travelSource venues, draft internal communications, and maintain project management systemsProvide on-site and virtual event support while advising planners across the firmManage budgets, assist with vendor coordination, and support overall project managementCreate and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required2+ years of relevant working experienceProficient in Microsoft ExcelExtremely detail oriented and meticulousMust skilled with event logistics, client services is a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
