Event Sales Representative - Northern New Jersey
Driven by our passion for perfection for over 290 years, opportunities exist for Event Sales Representatives to promote, pitch, and sell Zwilling premium culinary products at Costco Warehouse locations.
In this role you can be expected to do the following:
Set-up, break-down, perform product demonstrations as the face of Zwilling focused on driving sales and brand awareness. Answer customers’ questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event. Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives. Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event. Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback.Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (set-up, break down, and restocking demo booths). Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required for this role.To succeed in these Event Sales roles, you should have:
Consumer goods and services sales experience. Roadshow experience to present products. Experience in direct or pitch style sales ideal. Culinary experience with a passion for food. Theater / acting experience to convey information in a clear, effective, positive and engaging manner.Schedule Structure:
Compensation includes:
Annualized base salary of $60,000 to $60,000 per year. A performance driven aggressive, uncapped sales commission / bonus structure. Up to 50% off retail cost on Zwilling products across all brands. Employee referral monetary rewards. 401k plan with company match of first 3% plus additional match, following 12 months of service. All positions will require local travel for events/shows. Medical/Dental/Vison benefits available for eligible full-time employees.Schedule Structure:
· Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm-10:30pm).
· Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days).
· Monday-Friday: 10-12 hours per day. Saturday-Sunday: 8-11 hours per day.
· Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm – 8:30pm)
