General Responsibilities: + Assists the Retail Manager in the retail operations and the supervision of The Austin FC Store Team Members. Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned) + Assist the Retail Manager in supervising and training The Verde Store Team Members. + Assist the Retail Manager with inventory control. + Responsible for presentation of merchandise in store. + Ensure guest service is provided according to Levy quality standards. + Responsible for Opening/Closing the Austin FC Team Store. + Responsible for Verde Van (Mobile Retail Vehicle) Product Activations. + Responsible for Developing High Potential Team Members to service retail space + Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: + Language Skills: + Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulation. + Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, clients and the general public. + Math Skills: + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. + Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. + Computer Skills: + The individual must have the ability to work with in-house computer programs. + The individual must have the ability to work with various computer software; including but not limited to Word and Excel. + Reasoning Ability: + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. + Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Other: + Additional Physical Demands: + The individual may be required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl during the scheduled shift. The individual may be required to lift up to 25 pounds during the scheduled shift. + Additional Work Environment Demands: + Individual must be able to work in high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions for up to 1/3 of the work day or a full day if supporting the Verde Van. + Availability: + Individual is expected to be available for all home games and other events taking place at Austin FC Stadium unless request is approved 1 month in advance by the Director of Retail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. + Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. + Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. + Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. + Performs other duties as assigned.
