For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** • Event setup & breakdown: Arranging chairs, tables, podiums, tents etc. • Loading/unloading: Transporting supplies and equipment to/from trucks or storage areas. • Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping event areas tidy during setup, event hours, and breakdown. • Assisting vendors/crew: Assisting caterers, tech teams, or decorators. • Following event plans/layouts: Setting things up according to diagrams or instructions. • Classroom or lecture hall resets: Especially after special events or guest lectures. • Signage placement: Putting up directional signs or event banners around campus. • Custodial duties: Sweeping, trash collection, cleaning before/after events. • Following setup diagrams: Often provided by event coordinators or facilities staff. Skills/Traits That Help • Physical stamina (lifting and moving) • Attention to detail. • Punctuality (events have tight schedules) • Teamwork (coordinating with a team) • Basic tool skills (assembling/disassembling) A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
