Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.

Job Summary

The Event Manager is a team leader who excels at delivering results and luxury experiences. This position Supports, Assists, Leads, Executes and Delivers all events based on annual revenue budgets.  The Event Manager has a high attention to detail, is flexible, thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset, problem solver and loves to travel. The Event Manager upholds KREWE’s core values and Code of Conduct at all times during work trips. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

Events include sample sales, corporate giftings, local and remote pop-up events.Trains, manages, and works with event staff to solicit the planning, merchandising and execution of events.Assist short and long-term planning for all events within approved budget, marketing plan and department objectives.Supports all phases of the event, including but not limited to sales, planning, servicing and administrative procedures.Confidence to work in solo retail settings.Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors and contract workers.Delivers budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.Leads and drives the event support team to achieve sales and KPI resultsAct as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and productionsAware of each piece of event business while looking to better processes. Assists in assembling creative, local grassroots efforts and innovative event attractionsTeam player involved with building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.Maintain visual brand standards at all times 

Qualifications & Skills:

NOLA based. 80% travel required, including long term residencies.Ability to work evenings and weekends.2+ years experience in retail sales and management or event production. Keen understanding and experience of event operations.Ability to activate/deactivate events including KREWE Tiny House & Ape Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50lbs.Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewearBorn leader with a strong work ethicThrives in a goal-oriented working environmentProven history of exceeding expectations time and againExcellent written and verbal communication skills A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best lightPassion for providing a unique customer experienceAble to handle high pressure situations and be able to problem solve on the goAbility to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experienceSomeone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentalityProficient in excel, POS software and sales reporting platforms
