Job DescriptionCollect, organize, and verify customer information from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Perform cold calls to prospective clients to verify or update their contact information and business details.Compile and update database of lists for Exhibitor Promotion.Work with Manager to liaise with suppliers to make sure all works are done. Raise ticket for payment and follow up payment schedule to suppliers.Support sales team to carry on exhibitor promotion activities and materials including organizing side events, roadshows, etc.Work with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure event reports are generated on a timely mannerTranslate promotion materials from English to Vietnamese and vice versaSupport line manager on event marketing activities and visitor promotion programs by working closely with marketing team.Set up Site office at the exhibition and manage the front desk to assist Exhibitors with any problems, provide a professional welcome for them, ensure housekeeping, manage petty cash, and assist Operations Department to do verification of orders and other on-site duties.Handle post-show activities which include thank-you letters to Exhibitors and associations, etc.Maintain an effective and accurate filing system including archive files.Provide secretariat support to Manager including setting up the meetings, market research, taking minutes of meetings.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing/ event management or equivalence.Previous working experience in B2B event industry would be an advantage.English and Vietnamese fluency both written and spoken.Project management skills: The employee needs to be good at managing time and working to deadlines.Good team player with pro-activeness and self-motivation.Experienced in marketing is a plusBe able to work extended hours and weekends if needed.Additional InformationWe work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
