Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the successful execution of all hotel events, with a seamless turnover from Sales Manager to Service Managers, and through to post-event follow up. Event Executive are responsible for the total event service process.

Ensuring that visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our service offerings in every area of the hotel.

QualificationsMinimum 2 years work experience as Event Coordinator/Event Executive in large operationExperience in the hotel industry preferredPossess excellent knowledge of the competitive market and is proactive with new openings and developmentsGood operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a mustExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
