Position Summary: 

The Event Day Host for Mercedes-Benz Stadium is an integral part of our guest service initiatives. We rely on our Hosts to provide exceptional hospitality by treating everyone at Mercedes-Benz Stadium like a welcomed guest in our home. In this position, you have the unique ability to show the true spirit of “Southern Hospitality” while showcasing your positive energy and warm personality. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will help you resolve guest challenges and create lasting positive memories. The following positions are part-time Event Day Host roles positions that you may be selected for: 

 

ELEVATOR HOST: Elevator hosts are specialists who control our vertical transportation throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Their primary focus is the support of our ADA guests throughout the event. Elevator Hosts also provide access control to some of the most exclusive areas in the stadium including the Press Box and the Gullwing Club. In addition, Elevator Hosts are expected to know all floors of the stadium to control access to back of house and team affiliated areas where guests may not have access. 

 

GATE HOST/GREETER: Are you the life of the party? Do you enjoy all types of Georgia weather? Gate hosts are our first impression, big personality, hype crew specialists! They are the gateway Team Members who are outside having fun, dancing and welcoming guests as they arrive! Team Members perform basic ticket trouble shooting at the turnstiles, help direct guests into the stadium, perform complimentary wheelchair escorts and maintain ticket integrity. Do you have the relentless energy and smile to be a successful Gate Host/ Greeter for Mercedes-Benz Stadium? 

 

GUEST SERVICE HOST: Guest Service Hosts are the specialists who work our Guest Service Centers and Guest Service kiosks. These Team Members welcome guests, assist with ticketing access and challenges, answer event related questions, provide directional information, solve guest challenges and ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience. 

 

PREMIUM SEATING HOST: Premium Seating Hosts are the specialists who work in our Clubs and Suites. These Team Members control entry points and access, provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets, answer event related questions, solve guest challenges and ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience. 

 

SEATING HOST: Seating Hosts are the specialists who work our Seating Bowl aisles, staircase access control points, escalator landings and elevator lobbies. These Team Members provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets at the tops of aisles, control access, answer event related questions, solve guest challenges and ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience. 

 

Roles that Require to be OUTSIDE:   

DFTL AMBASSADOR: The Delta Fly-Through Lane Ambassador will function in a support capacity for Delta Fly-Through Lanes on event day. The Delta Fly-Through Lane Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at Mercedes-Benz Stadium by ensuring guests are welcomed when they arrive at Delta Fly-Through Lane enabled locations and have a seamless experience assisting with their enrollment as needed.  You will serve as the main point of contact assisting guests with enrolling in Delta Fly-Through Lanes. This person will be responsible for assisting guests with accessing the Delta Fly-Through Lane QR code when they are attempting to enroll, answering Delta Fly-Through Lane related questions, and helping solve high-level troubleshooting issues the guest may face. The ideal candidate must exhibit a high level of customer service, be proactive, outgoing and must be comfortable working with or possess a general knowledge of smartphones/mobile devices (iOS and Android). 

 

MOBILITY AMBASSADOR: As a Mobility Ambassador, you specialize in assisting our guests who need ADA assistance. This entails wheelchair pushing, and escorting guests to and from their seats. Mobility Host are our experts on all things ADA. It is imperative that Mobility Hosts learn every part of the building, as they will be helping guests move all around Mercedes-Benz Stadium. 

 

Required Qualifications:  Must be 18 years old or older to apply. You are available to work a minimum of 75% all major events consistently throughout the year held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, college football, concerts, etc.  Team Members must be available for events on nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to work in an indoor and outdoor setting. Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment. Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs throughout an event. Attending Guest Services Welcome Home Training prior to the first scheduled shift.  Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment. Must be willing to perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by supervision, including duties that require working outdoors. Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guest and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships. Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.

Required Skills:  Displays strong communication, listening, and thoughtfulness.  Provide excellent customer service.  Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new settings and situations.  Shows understanding and use of basic technology such as mobile devices and handhelds.  Possesses strong time management and team collaboration skills.
