Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in New Jersey. This role is within the industry and requires the ability to manage a large fleet of corporate vehicles for various brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts for event series, as well as supporting the coordination of partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of more than 100 corporate vehicles for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events, including ordering new vehicles, replacing old ones, coordinating deliveries, and arranging for vehicle wrapping.
• Organize pre-promotion marketing campaigns for event series through various channels such as email marketing, social media, and owned channel communications.
• Manage the lead generation efforts, which involve creating lead gen forms, OR codes, and tracking the results from events.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships, which include ticket distribution, volunteer coordination, event planning, on-site event support, recapping results, and more.
• Submit creative requests to the creative services team.
• Undertake other project management duties as and when required.

Requirements • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in the event planning industry
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Exceptional ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in event planning software and other related tech tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with the event industry's latest trends and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet during event crises
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing, or relevant field preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require Innovation starts with people.®
