Description We are offering a part-time contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator. This part-time contract opportunity is on-site in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with vendors and manage their involvement in events • Facilitate food ordering for various events • Ensure efficient event coordination and assistance • Proactively seek guidance and direction to ensure the success of events • Manage event calendars effectively • Oversee catering services for events • Ensure clear communication with all event stakeholders • Coordinate community events to foster community relations.
