What does a successful Events Coordinator at Fiserv do?

The Executive and Internal Events Coordinator is an integral part of a strategic, integrated and effective Fiserv event organization which is focused on designing events that are relevant, essential and innovative to meet attendee needs, deliver an exceptional experience, and exceed expectations, while continuing to drive significant and tangible impact to the business overall.  

What you will do:

Design event overall strategy, goals, objectives, messaging and operational elements that support the business and program objectivesLead the planning for Corporate Executive and internal events including alignment to overall strategies; cross alignment between programs; program direction and priority setting; development of new program elements and incremental improvements to existing programsManage the overall execution of the program including all pre, onsite, and post event activities, syndications, communications, and follow-upSolicit and manage involvement with cross departments in the areas of content, creative, communications, partners, social media, event technologies, and other elements to ensure alignment to the overall event strategyWork and support the event operations team for resources planning for all aspects of the programsDevelop and recommend event prioritiesRecommend and manage investment decisions to enhance the program while maintaining budget guidelines

What you need to have:

Bachelor's Degree, military experience, work experience or an equivalent combination3+ years experience working in a Corporate HQ, Marketing environment, or equivalent hospitality experience1 + years experience in planning and executing attendee experiences for internal or external eventsAbility to travel to events as needed up to 20% of the time and work evenings/weekends

Masters Degree or MBAAgency experience

Salary Range

$65,600.00 - $110,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
