Event Coordinator
The Quail is seeking an Event Coordinator to work alongside our amazing Peninsula Signature Events Department creating unique guest experiences for our award winning/world-class car show. Key Accountabilities

Responsible for all general guest services (phone, email and in person) Communication Hub for entrants, VIPs, staff volunteers Assist Event Staff in all aspects of interaction with operational departments Maintain ticket site and assist with ticket communication

 

 

General Requirements

High School Diploma Required, College Degree preferred Experience in catering and events coordination strongly preferred Experience in hospitality industry preferred Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed Must have possess a high level of confidentiality

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
