ETL Developer
Description We are inviting applications for a Database Developer based in Piscataway, New Jersey. The individual will be part of a dynamic team, working on designing, developing, and maintaining various databases and database objects. The role offers an opportunity to utilize and enhance skills in areas such as Microsoft SQL Server, AB Testing, ETL - Extract Transform Load, and Oracle Database 18c, among others. Responsibilities: • Design and develop database systems and database objects • Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for database management and development tasks • Implement AB Testing strategies to optimize database performance • Perform ETL - Extract Transform Load processes to ensure smooth data flow • Manage and maintain Oracle Database 18c for efficient data storage and retrieval • Develop and optimize data warehousing techniques for improved data management • Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions • Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of the database systems • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to database performance and functionality • Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in database development and related technologies. Requirements • Proficiency in Database and Database Object is mandatory. • Experience with EO/IR systems is a must. • Knowledge of Erwin Data and Microsoft SQL Server is required. • Familiarity with AB Testing is highly desirable. • Expertise in Data Warehousing and Design is necessary. • Experience with ETL - Extract Transform Load is crucial. • Knowledge of Flat File and Epic Application is preferred. • Proficiency with SSIS ETL is required. • Strong command over Oracle Database 18c is necessary. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is preferred. • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Demonstrates professionalism and a positive work attitude. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
