Ethics & Compliance Intern (year-round)

As an Ethics and Compliance Intern, your contributions will play a vital role in fostering our strong ethical culture. Our Global Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Team provides team members with the resources needed to make ethical decisions and act with integrity. You will help accomplish these critical functions through various data-based and detail-oriented projects.
 

YOUR IMPACT

You will support due diligence activities including communications with internal and external contacts and coordinating follow up on due diligence requirementsYou will support the Ethics Helpline case administration on a confidential basis and communicate with key internal stakeholders of all levels of the organizationYou will perform data reviews to ensure appropriate processes were followed related to third party due diligence, charitable contributions and gifts and entertainmentYou will assist the administration of our conflicts of interest program including assigning questionnaires, ensuring timely completion of questionnaires, and assistance with conflict resolution processesYou will contribute to the creation, maintenance and analysis of key metrics/data points for Global E&C team to assess program effectiveness and inform compliance program designYou will assist with the implementation of our team member ethics and compliance education programYou will assist with the management of policies and procedures libraryYou will assist with general administrative tasks as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Student currently working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance/Internal Audit, Accounting, International Studies, Political Science, or related field.Must be able to work in-person in Oshkosh, WI.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and organization skills are essentialStrong analytical, data review and analysis, and program administration skillsProficiency with data-driven tools like Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word)Experience with Sharepoint and PowerBI not necessary but a plus
