_Primary Accountability: As an Estimator at Ultimate LLC, you will lead the development and delivery of precise, high-quality estimates based on preliminary and final evaluations, ensuring exceptional solutions for our clients. You will drive the estimating process by defining project scopes, fostering strong vendor and customer relationships, and serving as a trusted partner who brings projects to life. Your solutions-oriented mindset, estimating expertise, and outstanding communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills will make you a cornerstone of our team, ensuring projects are completed with accuracy and excellence._
_In this role, you will:_
+ _Master Ultimate LLC’s estimating policies, procedures, and industry standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs._
+ _Analyze project scopes, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare detailed cost estimates._
+ _Cultivate and strengthen vendor relationships to support effective sourcing strategies._
+ _Solicit and evaluate quotations from material vendors and subcontractors, providing informed recommendations._
+ _Develop clear, professional written proposals and presentations that align with customer needs and expectations._
+ _Handle costing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness._
+ _Create project schedules that reflect the scope of work, align with priorities, and define critical paths._
+ _Collaborate with the supply chain to secure up-to-date and accurate pricing information._
+ _Partner with operations management to incorporate current labor rates into estimates._
+ _Assist in refining project scopes to ensure clarity and feasibility._
+ _Maintain and analyze historical cost data to inform estimates for current and future projects._
+ _Provide estimates to support management in planning, organizing, and scheduling work._

+ _You have or are interested in pursuing a PCEA certification or similar credential._
_Physical Requirements:_
+ _Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations._
+ _Ability to sit for extended periods and read computer screens, emails, and talk on the phone._
+ _Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping items while working at a desk._
+ _Ability to lift up to 10 pounds._
_Work Environment:_
+ _Professional, deadline-driven office setting with periodic on-site and remote client interactions._
+ _Collaboration with team members in both office and field environments._
+ _Occasional weekend or evening work may be required based on project demands._
_Work Schedule:_
+ _This is an exempt role, but punctuality is critical to success._
+ _Expected to be fully prepared for daily responsibilities by 8:00 a.m._
+ _Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines._
+ _Flexible schedules or remote work may be permitted by the supervisor, provided it supports company goals._
