Our client specialises mainly on TI and new build commercial and institutional projects, with some residential TI projects at times. Project values usually range from $5M - $30M. They are based in Langley and have projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT THE POSITIONYou will be reporting to the construction manager, and your duties will include the following:Gain a thorough understanding of project requirements.Identify and select metrics to generate accurate estimates.Conduct site visits to collect critical information.Complete project estimates, including site visits, quantity take-offs, pricing, and presenting findings to management.Analyze data to generate forecasts.Perform ongoing trade risk assessments.Prepare comprehensive reports or bid proposals for submission to stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS3-5 years experience estimating on projects ranging from $2M - $30MExperience with preconstruction, tendering and construction managementProficient using Builder Connect, Pro-Est, Excel and ProcoreCOMPENSATION$100,000 - $130,000 depending on experienceYearly discretionary bonusesHealth and dental benefits2-3 weeks vacation
