Job Title: Construction Estimator Location: Reno, NV Description: We are looking to grow strategically and geographically in Reno, NV. We seek a Construction Estimator with field experience and a real-world understanding of construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and estimating, detailed reviews, securing cost estimates, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Responsibilities: + Conduct detailed reviews and secure cost estimates. + Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. + Coordinate with the Preconstruction Director, operations team, and Business Development staff. + Develop site services general costs. + Review project plans, requirements, and specifications. + Coach and mentor a team of estimators. + Develop accurate cost models. + Track and report on material and labor prices. + Develop meaningful Value Management contributions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $62.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
