Key Requirements:

+17 years experience in Pre-Contract Estimation within a Consulting environment Must have experience in Large Commercial Building projects Must have experience managing a team of Senior Estimators BSc. in Quantity Surveying or higher Must be a member with RICS (MRICS) This role requires frequent traveling to site Permanent role
