The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

·         Provide consistent professional skincare and wax treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

·         Promote Esthetic, Wax, Make-up and Spa treatments and services.

·         Evaluate the condition of guests’ facial skin and advise them on proper skincare and suitable solutions and skincare treatments.

·         Sanitization of all professional instruments and equipment before each use.

·         Ensuring that workstations and equipment are maintained clean and orderly, and all supplies are adequately stocked.

·         Demonstrate an elevated level of service delivery-to do what is necessary to ensure guest satisfaction, deal with service failures and prioritize guest needs.

·         Act in accordance with established guidelines; follow standard procedures; recognize and comply with written rules or practices.

·         Be alert to guest needs to remedy or present a solution to a question, service request or service breakdown.

·         Build a client base through referrals and utilization of available promotional materials.

·         Knowledge of features and benefits of professional and retail skincare products.

·         Maintains required product sales quota, participates in sales incentive programs.

·         Enhances technical knowledge through continued training, courses, and education.

·         Works effectively with team members, guests, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.

·         Learn the names and personally greet guests and team members.

·         Perform Esthetician duties while always maintaining the guest comfort.

·         Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations.

·         Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, Esthetics, Wax and Make-up, etc., product knowledge and retail sales.

·         Arrive on time for scheduled shift, prompt with each appointment, and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.

·         Receive guests for their services on time and in a courteous and polite manner.

·         Properly opens and closes each shift according to Standard Operating Procedures; Properly cares for equipment and uses appropriate amounts of product to assist with cost controls.

·         Stock treatment room products, linens, and guest amenities.

·         Disposal of garbage and used linens effectively, efficiently, in a timely manner and as instructed.

·         Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.

·         Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, treatment contraindications, facility features and hours of operation; Possesses complete knowledge and understands all services and products offered to actively promote services and promotions.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of the same, whenever possible.

·         Respond to guest requests, complaints, or inquiries professionally, courteously, and promptly; Provides accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction; Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

·         Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time; Performs prep work, thoroughly cleans, and restocks room as required.
Regularly attends and participates in and support trainings and team member meetings for the Spa.

·         Ensure confidentiality with respect to guest information.

·         Communicates to management all occurrences involving guests and/or team members in the spa that require attention.

·         Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.

·         Attending all scheduled Spa, Resort, and departmental meetings.

·         Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

·         Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2+ years’ experience in Spa or Hospitality environment 2+ years’ experience with customer facing Must have competed 600-hour training program from an accredited and approved school by The California State Board of Cosmetology Currently holds and maintains Esthetician license from California State Board of Cosmetology

·         Must have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. 

·         Experience with Spa software such as: Book4Time, Spa Soft, etc.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Must be able to acquire and maintain an appropriate gaming license.
