The Esthetician role is a vital position within the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School Medical Group at Old Dominion University. Under supervision of the Division faculty members the Esthetician will provide services to the physician’s patients in the Division via collaborative consultation as well as individual provider schedules.

Responsibilities Provide skin care consultations, resurfacing, facials, body wraps, body waxing, eyelash and brow tinting, body bronzing and make-up application instructions.Pre and post-surgical skin care, post-surgical light lymph drainage massage.Assisting in backing up other employees in the center as needed.Assist in maintaining supplies and inventory for products associated with the Skin Care Center.Participate in Department marketing, including digital marketing, social media and in person events on an ongoing basis.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Licensure in the State of Virginia as a Master Esthetician. Significant previous experience in Aesthetics and Skin Care is highly desirable.
