Are you someone who can
Independently manage end to end Deceased Estates Administration in terms of the administration of estates actManage escalationsAnalytical thinker and ability to utilise legal background/knowledge to problem solve complexities that arise in estate administrationUnderstanding and practical knowledge of Business entities, Estate Duty, Capital gains and Income tax relating to deceased estatesGood drafting skills and communication.Ability and understanding of risk and compliance features within financial (fiduciary) industryStrong stakeholder managementYou will be an ideal candidate if you
Have a legal or deceased estates qualification (Preferably LLB, CFP or Estates Diploma qualification)Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience administering complex deceased estates/high net worth clients within a Fiduciary environmentExperience in business and farming enterprises advantageousAbility to work under pressureYou will have access to:
