Caring Transitions proudly serves clients and their families by providing an array of services to ease the stressful transitions that arise with downsizing from their homes. As a full-turnkey company, we provide professional relocation, downsizing and estate sale services.
We are seeking Team Members for our location in the Lutz and Land O’ Lakes area. As a Team Member of Caring Transitions of Lutz & Land O’ Lakes:

Responsibilities:
• Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers and team
• Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
• Assisting in household sorting and organizing
• Preparing homes for liquidations of all types, including estate sales and clean-outs
• Serving as sales staff and/or cashier during estate sales
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:

• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate levels of creativity
• Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers and managers
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability - prolonged standing, walking, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25-50 lbs.
• Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
• Willing to work in outdoor areas such as garages, sheds, porches, etc.
• Reliable transportation - we serve the Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Spring Hill, Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to different job sites
• Smart phone access and proficiency
• Must pass background check
Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour
The Team Member position is part-time on an as needed basis with no guaranteed hours. This is a perfect fit for retirees, veterans, stay-at-home parents, or any individual who would like to make extra income but does not require a consistent work schedule.
