Minimum requirements:
Matric 5 years' of experience in managing a residential estate Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations that govern estate management in South Africa Proven experience in managing operations and financial aspects Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office and Pastel  Fluent in both English and Afrikaans  Valid driver's license and own vehicle
