O trabalho 

Você está pronto para dar o primeiro passo na sua carreira? O candidato irá desenvolver atividades diárias relacionadas ao Suporte de Usuários (Remoto e Presencial) solucionando problemas e incidentes de ordem física (hardware) e lógica (software).

Responsabilidades de su puesto 

 Prestar suporte técnico de 1º e 2º níveis nos incidentes de hardware e software;Auxliar na instalação e configuração de equipamentos de TI incluindo Desktops, Laptops, Impressoras, Tablets e Smartphones;Habilidades para diagnosticar e solucionar problemas em Plataformas Windows, Apple OSX, IOS e infraestrutura de rede observando o Nível de Serviço Contratado (SLA);Atualizar o status de inventário de equipamentos de TI, utilizando as ferramentas e processos garantindo a fidelidade da base de dados;Utilizar o sistema ServiceNow ITSM para abertura e encerramento de chamados, documentando corretamente ferramentas e soluções utilizadas, observando as boas práticas do ITIL.

Cualificaciones y experiencia 

 Cursando áreas de Tecnologia da Informação com previsão de formação a partir de DEZ/2026.Inglês Intermediário;Domínio em Plataforma Windows (Windows 10 e 11, Pacote Office 365, Outlook, Active Directory);

É bom ter

Desejável conhecimento em Plataforma Apple OSX e IOS, Android, Infraestrutura de rede (TCP/IP, Cabeamento Estruturado), Citrix, e Telepresença Zoom/Teams.
