Job DescriptionFollow up on legal regulations and evaluate possible impacts on processes and facilities         Ensure that all legally required permits are applied for in due time and that permit conditions are evaluated and implementedCheck compliance with legal and internal regulations and implement measuresRepresent Continental in negotiations with responsible authorities about ESH mattersConduct occupational safety checks before start of operation of equipment and machines  Ensure a systematic and structed management of waste, waste water, air emission and handing of substancesDevelop methods and provide regular training to avoid accidents and occupational sickness, environmental contamination and firesDevelop concepts, procedures and work instructions for ESH, check regularly and improve continuouslyConduct risk analyses and prepare concepts and emergency preparedness plansConduct structured root cause analyses of incidents, define and implement sustainable measuresPlan, steer and control the own disciplinary employees in order to achieve the objectives and the budget
