ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as ESG Solutions Project Coordinator to support our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) tool implementation. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and ESG specialists to ensure the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the tool. Your role will be crucial in meeting business needs, ensuring compliance with ESG regulations, and aligning with sustainability goals.
From gathering requirements to implementation, you will ensure the tool is customized and integrated with existing systems. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support, drive user adoption, and ensure the tool remains aligned with evolving regulations and objectives.

ESG Tool Implementation & Requirements Management
Serve as the bridge between ESG stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Support the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring the ESG tool aligns with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various stakeholders, ensuring all business needs are captured and documented.Collaborate closely with IT teams to configure, customize, and integrate the ESG tool with existing business systems and workflows.Assist in developing comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and functional design documents, to ensure smooth use of the tool.Scrum Master Responsibilities
Lead backlog refinement meetings, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.Maintain and update the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.Facilitate sprint planning and follow-up meetings to ensure smooth execution.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.Maintain clear documentation of project evolutions, ensuring transparency in Agile processes.Maintenance & Evolution
Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and managing upgrades or changes to the tool.Collaborate with business teams to gather and help documents new feature requests and evolutions. Assist in the creation of functional documentation to support development and business requirements. Collaborate with internal users to gather feedback on tool performance, prioritize improvements, and work with technical teams to implement enhancements.Lead backlog refinement meetings to ensure user stories are well-defined, actionable, and prioritized according to their urgency and added value.WHAT YOU WILL BRING/HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience in tool implementation, business analysis, or AMOA support roles. Proven track record of managing tool implementations, from requirements gathering through to post-implementation support.Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet both technical and functional requirements.Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and working across cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure time-efficient project execution.Strong understanding of system integration and data management principlesYOU ARE ENERGISED BY
