Escrow Transaction Manager
Hybrid Work Schedule in Wilmington, DE
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Position Summary:
The Transaction Manager is responsible for the on-boarding and daily management of client transactions. The Transaction Manager maintains contact with clients to address general inquiries and/or facilitate client requests. Process all related transactions, including collecting critical documents, performing KYC and cash disbursements, and establishing new accounts for the escrow product. Ensures proper administrative management for accounts under responsibility, with limited supervision.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Work with clients and attorneys to analyze transactions, negotiate and review documentation and investigate information for the approval of transactions Participate in the collection, tracking and timely disbursement of escrow assets Execute cash movements for payments, disbursements, trades, and tax payments, while adhering to company account restrictions Support client relationships, making appropriate recommendations regarding routine internal business activities. Resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner. Provide and maintain appropriate levels of controls to minimize losses. Provide effective support of team members as requested. Manage relationships with internal and external service partners; assess issues requiring immediate attention in a timely manner and work to resolve all other issues through the normal course of business utilizing available resources. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and applicable regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Adhere to specific corporate policies and procedures related to the TM role. Review work product to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and meet all transactional deadlines Complete other related duties as assigned.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Experience negotiating and reviewing legal agreements is required The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team The ability to multitask and keep transactions organized both pre and post close in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, as the job involves direct communication with clients, legal counsel and other parties to a transaction Strong prioritization and time management skills Strong work ethic and commitment to execute transactions under tight deadlines Problem solving skills Experience participating in driving process improvements or automating business process as an end user is a plus BS Accounting degree Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years corporate trust / escrow experience#LI-SP1
