As a Project Finance Client and Transaction Manager Vice President in Escrow, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and relationship management to make a significant impact within our Project Finance portfolio, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
Understands the business purpose and deal structure for new Project Finance Account Bank mandates, proactively identifying deliverables and challenges and contributing to the structuring process; partner with origination teams to understand client needs and expectationsPartners with internal and external legal counsels, coordinating the review and negotiation of governing documentation and ensuring it meets J.P. Morgan risk appetiteInteracts with clients in a proactive and professional manner ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and client serviceEnsures deal information is set up on all operating systems and contractual obligations denoted including client access to electronic banking if requiredEnsures the account structure is properly and accurately implementedActs as the primary point of contact for the US and Latin America client base, providing strong customer service by responding quickly to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationshipsPartners with sales organizations to facilitate the retention of client relationshipsProvides support to sales organizations on new business prospects as requiredEnsures payments, administration and risk aspects of project finance related account portfolio are handled in accordance with contractual requirements and J.P. Morgan policies and proceduresSeeks opportunities to involve client in key business initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's DegreeDemonstrates VP level experience in a similar role within financial services, supporting project finance, infrastructure and energy transactions in a banking or corporate trust environmentExperience in legal contract negotiation; account bank, agency, escrow, trust or similar contracts with finance document review and leadership skills; ability to review and understand financial models, budgets and other project related documentationStrong customer service skillsSales experience Highly motivated and ambitious; team PlayerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in independent decision makingExcellent organizational skillsExcellent PC Skills including Word, ExcelCompliance and regulatory experience
