Then come in and join our Singapore team as an Enterprise Services Operation Manager to be involved in delivering and managing healthcare projects. This role reports directly to the In-Vivo Execution Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:You will oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of assigned project or site.You will manage customer's expectation to ensure services rendered meets project deliverables.You will work closely with Procurement, Finance and Enterprise Services team to deliver services within allocated budgetYou will take lead to establish operational processes and procedures based on project or site requirements and ensure it is continually reviewed and improvedYou will prepare quarterly updates on assigned project or site for management reviewYou will foster development of relationship with customers to excel in customer satisfaction.You may be deployed to support other Customer Services functions under supervision.Travelling may be required depending on business requirement.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-sg
Your qualifications and experiences:You hold a successfully completed Degree in a technical discipline such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering. Candidate with Diploma and/or at least 3-5 years of relevant experience may be considered.You have knowledge in Contract Management, Facility Management and/or Project Management.Experience within Healthcare Services & Product Knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging and/or Advanced Therapies systems will be advantageousYour personality and skills:You have good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.You will need to possess good communication skills.You will be required to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes when needed. You have the capability to manage high stress situations.You are highly motivated, enthusiastic, drive for continuous improvement and can-do attitude.You are prepared to work in a hospital or clinic environment.You can work independently.Working Location: Singapore
