Job Posting Title: ES Assistant Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends. 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Environmental Services Responsibilities: + Clean all areas of the hospital + Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, offices, and stairways in a clean and sanitary manner + Assist with function set up, break downs, and clean up + Clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility Laundry Responsibilities: + Ensure that soiled linens are processed in a manner which will avoid the transfer of microorganisms + Transport soiled linen to the laundry department + Sort all soiled linen appropriately + Wash all soiled linen as needed + Fold clean linen as needed + Store and deliver clean linen to all departments + Ensure laundering of designated staff, physician, and auxiliary uniforms Required Skills/Abilities + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Minimum 3 months of related experience preferred At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
