Remote work is not acceptable for this role. CGI is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems such as Quipware, Sage, NDS, and EBS, as well as extensive knowledge of Salesforce and Business Central. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of ERP and CRM systems to meet business objectives. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze and understand business processes, workflows, and system integrations in ERP systems (Quipware, Sage, NDS….). • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. • Customize and configure ERP and CRM systems, particularly Business Central and Salesforce, to meet business needs. • Work with development teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions based on business requirements. • Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for ERP and Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. • Conduct system testing, data validation, and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT). • Provide training and support to end users on ERP and CRM systems. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for optimization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ERP and CRM systems. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with ERP systems (Quipware, Sage, NDS, Business Central, EBS). • Strong experience with Salesforce and Business Central is required. • Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement business process improvements in ERP and CRM environments. • Excellent understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and reporting. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
