The ERP Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the business aspects of the ERP implementation project. This role involves leading business process analysis, ensuring standardization across the organization, and facilitating communication between business units and the technical implementation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of business processes, strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project, and project management.

What Success Looks Like:
Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes across all relevant departments. Co-lead the ERP implementation project alongside the IT project leader. Integrate CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes into standardized workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency in pricing and quoting across the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization. Drive the standardization of business processes, data definitions, and reporting across the organization. Work with business units to ensure adherence to standardized processes and practices. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure standardized processes are correctly configured in the ERP system. Act as the primary point of contact for business units regarding the ERP implementation. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Work closely with the Co-Leader and technical implementation team to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate and oversee the testing of business processes in the ERP system. Identify and mitigate risks related to business process changes. Develop and execute change management and communication plans to ensure smooth transition to new processes and systems.Your Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, e.g., IT, Finance & Accounting preferred. 7+ years of experience of progressing experience using and/or configuring ERP systems. 3+ years of ERP configuration experience. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite required. Demonstrated ability to understand various business processes and drive collaboration to develop optimal standardization across the business. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to utilize at all levels of the organization. Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful stakeholder communications and steering committee reviews.The salary range for this position is $98,400 to $147,600 with bonus potential.
